American Made Grills Encore/Muscle Drop-In Infrared Sear Burner

The Hybrid Drop-In Infrared Sear Burner expands the versatility of the Hybrid Series by introducing concentrated infrared heat into an already dynamic multi-fuel cooking platform. Designed to replace a burner position within Encore, Muscle, and Ovation grills, it gives you even more control over how you build flavor across the cooking surface.

Powered by 26,000 BTUs of infrared heat, the burner delivers rapid searing temperatures designed to lock in juices and create bold caramelization. Whether preparing steaks over intense direct heat or combining searing with charcoal and hardwood cooking, it helps create deeper flavor and more layered outdoor meals.

Built to integrate seamlessly into the Hybrid platform, the sear burner enhances the flexibility that defines the series while supporting outdoor cooking that feels more ambitious, more creative, and more connected to the experience of gathering outdoors.
