American Made Grills Atlas Drop-In Infrared Sear Burner

The Atlas Drop-In Infrared Sear Burner adds intense high-heat capability to the Atlas Series, allowing you to create steakhouse-style sears and rich caramelization directly from your outdoor kitchen. Designed to replace a standard burner position, it gives you the flexibility to shape your cooking surface around the way you cook most.

Powered by 26,000 BTUs of infrared heat, the burner reaches extreme temperatures quickly to lock in juices while creating bold grill marks and crisp exterior texture. From steaks and chops to seafood and vegetables, it expands what’s possible on the grill while keeping every meal outdoors.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with the Atlas platform, the sear burner complements the clean appearance and dependable performance of the series while adding another layer of versatility to the cooking experience. It’s built for outdoor kitchens where strong flavor, visual impact, and elevated grilling all come together.
